Nihon KOSO acquires the Valve Actuator Business of Paladon Systems S.r.l., Italy

The KOSO Group (the “KOSO Group”) obtained approval from the Italian government, to acquire Paladon Systems S.r.l. (headquartered in Borgonovo Val Tidone, Piacenza, Italy).
Founded in 1981 in Borgonovo Val Tidone, Piacenza, Paladon Systems S.r.l. is a lead, Italian valve actuators & control systems manufacturer with more than 40 years of history, with an established brand particularly known in Europe.
Paladon Systems S.r.l. valve actuators & control systems technology and product quality are highly appreciated by the market and will allow the KOSO Group to strengthen our product line-up, it can meet customer’s requirement more flexibly, through this acquisition. The KOSO Group in turn will actively share our business know-how to provide higher quality services.
Following this transaction, the KOSO Group will strive to improve our competitive strength to provide better service to our customers.
Outline of the business to be acquired
Description of the business: Manufacturing and sales of control valve actuators(pneumatic and hydraulic) and control systems（Emergency Shutdown (ESD)、High Integrity Process Protection (HIPPS) or so）.
